Lo de las puas es muy personal, así cuento mi experiencia. Las puas de tamaño normal me resultan muy imprecisas, con este tamaño se mejora bastante, sobre todo en partes rápidas. Dificulta algo mas los arpegios y partes con acordes completos, pero compensa su uso.

Before I used the black Dunlop Jazz III Stiffo. Switched to the Tortex Jazz III's to get some more clarity and a bit better grip. I've recently switched to these and am very happy I did. They have the same grip as the Tortex picks, but sound a little less harsh and are a bit more flexible. They're not the most durable picks, but honestly none of the "regular" picks are. It lasts long enough for me.

I like the blend of flexibility, grip, and stiffness that the Flex Jazz series offers. The only downside is that the tips wear faster than normal tortex. It's nothing dramatic; I'm not going through multiple picks in a rehearsal or show, but generally, I only get about 5-6 hours use of of one before the tip is pretty well-rounded. In most cases, this isn't a big deal, but it may be highly annoying for anyone who really wants a sharp tip on their picks.
