Buen tono, mal mantenimiento

Son unas buenas cuerdas para tocar duro, resistentes y con buen sonido.

Que sean las tuyas o no van en gustos, como todo.

Sin embargo si que he encontrado que a estas cuerdas les afecta bastante la suciedad, en el sentido de que enseguida se forma una pelicula que deja las cuerdas ásperas al tacto. Es posible que lo haya notado especialmente por haber estado usando Elixir hasta hace poco, pero nunca con ninguna cuerda he tenido que limpiarlas SIEMPRE con limpiacuerdas después de tocar, y volver a pasar el paño antes de volver a tocar, porque incluso en la caja con la guitarra guardada se forma esa película.

Quitando este detalle, todo perfecto.

Maybe the one of the best sounding strings on the market. Strings with character and soul.

Hey fellow guitar players,

this review will be about the Thomastik RP 110 set, a .10 to .50 guitar string set from the Vienna based brand: Thomastik Infeld.

First things first: These strings are constantly on my guitar, I refresh them monthly. If i put another's brand set on my guitar (e.g. Daddarios, Ernie Balls and so on), I am always missing the marvelous, unique sound of the Thomastiks.
To be honest, that sounds like every other review of any guitarist's favourite string set. But this is my real opinion.

Overall: They sound fantastic. The sound of a fresh set of Thomastiks never ceases to amaze me. It is clean, strong, pretty, warm and powerful. Simply astonishing.
They are extremely durable. The Sound of the strings stays fresh for about 3 Weeks, if you play pretty much every day. For your interest: After playing, I always put on Fast Fret, that helps a lot!

The Quality is outstanding. The are made really good. And you simply feel them at the tip of your fingers. The g, b and e string have a really nice golden look to them, which stays for a good amount of time. The heavy strings feel modern and rich.

I tune them to Eb standart and to Drop C#. No floppy s*it, though its "only" a .50 on the top string. For futher down-tuning there is a .11 to .53 set from Thomastik. I will check them out as well.

If you are searching for or interested in strings with real feeling, soul and character: Try them out, give them a chance to be your first choice from now on. The price for them is higher than any other set on the market, but it is totally worth it. I guarantee that your guitar sound will improve.

On my G&L sounds perfect! I realy like this powerfull sound. It's worth buyng absolutely!
