Yamaha LS 6 A.R.E NT

Pour commencer, emballage et protection très soignés, envoi rapide, merci Thomann ! Je joue du fingerstyle, j'ai hésité entre ce modèle et le jumbo (LJ6), j'avais peur que la caisse de la LS6 soit petite style 3/4, sur les photos et les vidéos c'est l'idée que cela donne. La LS6 étant conseillée pour le fingerstyle, j'ai pris ce modèle et j'en suis très content! La caisse n'est pas trop petite, très bonne prise en main, manche très agréable et sonorité au top ! C'est ma première guitare YAMAHA, fabrication soignée, instrument de qualité pour un prix très compétitif !

Pour une utilisation à domicile uniquement, le son est très profond, excellent, très chaud. Etant débutant, il est difficile d'avoir un avis très complet sur cette guitare, mais j'ai été très séduit par la personalité du son et la raisonnance. En revanche j'ai personellement moins aimé le format de la caisse. La housse est d'une très grande qualité. Thomann a bien sur assuré du début à la fin.

This guitar is just nuts . From fit to finish . The sound is very "mature". Very easy to play even with 12s . The piezo sounds very natural and through a Fender Acoustatonic is just heaven . The tuners are the best ones I have ever used ! I tune once or twice a week no matter the conditions . The soft case is of great quality . The only drawbacks are that I my guitar tech has to fix some frets due to buzzing and there is no strap on the neck . Overall I recon this thing of beauty should cost at least twice . Can`t go wrong with this guitar. It would have been nice to have a bone nut but at this price point I can`t complain .

Owner since 3-4 months.

I was in the market for a smaller bodied acoustic that I could play anywhere, at home and in the garden. A guitar that I would play each day and not have to be too careful with (not have to put it in a case between uses, etc).

I did not plan to play it plugged in so the electronics were not important.

Starting out with an idea of a budget of 250-350 EUR, I tried a number of different brands and models. I almost pulled the trigger on an Epiphone, but then decided to compare to slightly more expensive guitars.

I tried Fender parlors, Guild and Framus. All very nice guitars. Then I found the Yamaha LS series. And I found a perfect fit in the LS 6.

I have been playing (mainly electric) for a long time but never a lot of acoustic. I have 90's Korean Levin, that is not really nice, and I never gave it a lot of play. So I am a beginner at fingerstyle playing but experienced with strumming and playing with a pick.

On the LS 6 I have been really getting into finger style playing and it works really well for me. I read that the string spacing (at the bridge) is considered too small for some finger style players, I have not found this to be an issue. The sound is really nice, and the dynamics great, it CAN be loud if you strum it hard but it also sounds great when playing soft.

Plugged in (tried this once) it sound good too, but I can not really compare it to a lot of other things.

I was never a Yamaha fan and I can not say I am still, but I am really impressed with this guitar and I can really recommend it.
