Montate su un basso modificato per ospitare le doppie corde, corde passe belle pastose e alte ben definite!

Great strings for the money

I bought these strings as a stopgap as my usual D'addario XL's were out of stock and I needed new strings for a gig. I was really pleasantly surprised by the feel and the tone of them, they are much better than they have any right to be for the money. I'm not sure if they'll last but for now they're fine.

Verwende die für 6-Saiter mit Gitarrenstimmung

Für meinen neuen 6 Saiter Bass (Harley Benton BZ-6000 NT) wollte ich als eigentlicher Gitarrist eine Gitarrenstimmung probieren.
Also habe ich neben diesem Satz auch einen Satz "Warwick 42401 M Red Label" bestellt. Damit hatte ich genügend Saiten-Stärken zur Auswahl.
Bin dann bei EADGHE Stimmung und zwar mit .100 - .080 - .065 - .045 - .032 - .025 gelandet. Mit anderen Stärken wäre ich auch mit dem 8er Satz hingekommen.
Auf jeden Fall besser als die Originalbesaitung. Aber das ist ja eigentlich immer so: Schmeiß als erstes die Originalsaiten runter. :D
Das der Bass mit ein Extra-Long-Scale ist ist das mit den Saiten finden nicht so easy.
Fazit: Bin mit der Auswahl sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe die Saiten für meinen 5-Saiter benutzt und sie sind gut. Ich hab die dickste als B-Saite benutzt und bin dann einfach der Größe nach runter gegangen. Hat bestens funktioniert! Sound ist gut, sie fühlen sich an wie Basssaiten ;)
Sicherlich keine High-End-Megasaiten, aber grundsolide, empfehle ich gerne weiter!
