Niet de beste

Ik ben niet ontevreden over de DS-30, maar ik zou dit niet het beste microfoonstatief noemen. Mijn inbussleutel moet er soms aan te pas komen om hem vast te zetten, vandaar. Daarna echter is dit statief hardstikke prima en zeer betaalbaar.

For the money, it's an excellent microphone stand. It's easy to set up and it feels sturdy. The only problem I have with it thus far is that you have to click it in to place and can't really change the angle at which it's placed. That would not have been significant if it wasn't easy to click it back out, resulting in my microphone and popfilter slamming face first into my desk when I accidentally touched my microphone. Luckily, this has only happened once and it's not that big of a fall, so any decent microphone will survive (hopefully).

In conclusion: if you don't bump your microphone, you're fine.

Simple Pop 'n' Lock open/close design. Rugged design means it'll take a pretty good beating without breaking or falling.Mainly I've used it for micing bridges on cellos or floor stacked amps, live and studio.

Con 1: Even though it's pretty compact when folded out, its set design means it can be a bit of a nuisance if floor space is a premium (e.g. if you're micing a kit on a drum riser just big enough for the kit itself). Being able to adjust the angle of the arm would help with this.

Con 2 (nit picking): A bit more length on the extension would make it ideal. You can work around by attaching a boom but that begins to defeat the purpose of buying this product.

But ultimately, for the price it's a solid product and you can trust it with some expensive gear attached.
