I bought this kit partly because I needed two decent quality radio mics, and partly because the range of included accessories makes it such a useful addition to my microphone collection.
I doubt many users would complain about DPA mics - they have an excellent reputation and are a good, safe purchase; so far I've been very pleased. Last week I used them on location on a drama short, where they outperformed the other radio mics I was using; and now I'm hoping I might get an opportunity to use them with the boundary plates as a stereo pair (perhaps on a piano). I'm also thinking about trying to construct a basic dummy head, to experiment with them as a binaural pair. So lots of potential fun to be had, basically!
My only slight anxiety is that the microdot connectors are truly micro, so I hope they'll last. Apart from that - very happy.
