Excellent for the price

I bought this module as an uprgrade to my starter kit and I can say that I am amazed by the easy connectivity and the quality. It supports literally ANYTHING and has a wide modification capability. Sounds are satisfying. VFM!

Upgrade zum MPS-150 Modul

Zwischen dem Modul des 150er und diesem liegen gefühlt Welten.

Unterschiede dazu:
- deutlich mehr Sounds
- viel bessere Dynamik und Ansprechverhalten der einzelnen
Pads
- besser Soundqualität
- meiner Meinung nach auch weniger Latenz bei der Aufnahme auf externe Geräte

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Upgrade vom kleinen Modul des MPS-150

Good olution for upgrade

I have the Millenium MPS-150X and wanted to upgrade because of second crash and better possibilities.
After replacing incl. cable works (single sensor) all of the pads and pedals. Incredible.
Better sounds, by my opinion better "dynamics-expression" of stick-hit and of course the second cymbal (I choose Millenium MPS-300).
Maybe good to know: clamping rod of Module has diameter cca 19.5mm (0.767inch)
I do recommend.

Pořídil jsem si jako rozšíření pro moji sadu MPS-150X kvůli druhému Crash-padu a lepší zvuky a možnosti.
Po výměně kabelů a připojení MPS-300 vše funguje (single senzory na padech), ale zdá se mi, že je i lepší odezva na úder atd.
Pozn.: Průměr na upnutí vespod modulu cca 19.5mm.
Jsem spokojen.

Passt nicht auf meine Anwendung

Dieses Modul ist gegenüber dem MPS-750 entsprechend der Anwendung deutlich eingeschränkt und kann nur empfohlen werden, wenn man vor hat, über einen MIDI-Tonerzeuger zu musizieren, denn es hat einen echten 5 Pin MIDI-Ausgang.
Obwohl der zugehörige Kabelbaum Stereo-Klinkenstecker enthält, unterstützt das Teil bei den Toms keine Dual Zone.
Ebenso wird die Hi Hat Maschine des MPS-750 nicht unterstützt, genauso wenig aber der Pedal Controller, welcher der ersten Version des MPS 750 Kits beigelegt war.
Die Klangqualität ist an sich nicht schlecht, aber beim MPS-750 deutlich besser.
Da es für meine Anwendung einfach nicht geeignet ist, habe ich es zurück gegeben.
