Thomann hat schnell und vorbildlich reagiert und Rückerstattung oder Umtausch angeboten. Habe mich dann für einen Umtausch entschieden, weil das Mundstück selbst überzeugt hat. Verwende aber dieses Mal aus Vorsicht nicht die mitgelieferte Metall-Blattschelle, sondern eine aus Leder.
