Good parts but poor diagram

The parts are of high quality. The circuit diagram is not correct. The 3 pots need to be grounded together and the circuit diagram does not show this. Really frustrating and I only found this because I took one of my other strats apart to look.
Also, the spindles on the pots are too tall, so genuine fender knobs sit high.
Foe the price, this package should be perfect. I’m happy now but only after some unnecessary time used.

Great kit for wiring up a ST guitar

Used it to wire up a custom build ST guitar.
The provided wires were long enough to still have some material left to spare.
I went with a tone dual cap wiring, so I ended up using both of the caps, but in reality the wiring would work fine with just one. It would be great if instead of two caps with the same value, there would be two different caps in the kit.
The potis feel really good when turned, and the switch clicks in a very satisfying way.
Overall I really liked the kit, but on the downside:
There is no switch cap, and it would be great if a black and a white switch caps would be included.
Also there are no double nuts on the potis and on the jack, so you cannot adjust the position of those with respect to the surface so you end up with the output jack hanging out from the ferrule a bit too much for my taste

Perfect kit with good quality parts!

The wiring kit was needed to modify my guitar into a Strat. style.
The kit contains perfect and good quality parts.
The wires are high quality, with canvas insulation.
The guitar worked at once after installing.
The attached schematic was a little difficult to read, especially at the pick up 5 way switch.
Taking a colored schematic from the internet was an easy solution for this.

I'm impressed with the quality of the control pots. They turn very smoothly. Be aware that the knobs might sit a little high in these control pots. You might want to put some extra washers under the pickguard to compensate the height. Usually between 3 and 5.
