Epic, classic, legend.

Not much to say. You get the product, you get THE sound. Coming in at this price point it's pretty much a no brainer if yore into analog.

Most importantly, this thing sounds crazy good imo.
If anyone cares how it compares to a real moog soundwise, there are some videos online, and to me, in a lot of cases you almost can't tell the difference. Some knobs act slightly differently, and for some sounds, you will hear a difference for better or worse.
The Model D also has some neat extra features, and you can really do alot of crazy sound design here. Also very easy to dial in a cool sound once you know you way around it.

On the other hand, I think it has quite a few draw backs too:
- The knobs!!! Most feel great with good resistance, but the range and wave form knobs in the oscillator section are super flimsy - almost all of mine are wiggling (some of them a lot), and I can even pull off two of them with no force what so ever. Easily fixed with some shrink wrap for example, but still really sad to see on a brand new product.
- The colored knobs are a bit plasticy looking, but I can live with that - maybe some other less "intense" colors would help a bit to look less toyish
- Bad tuning. My unit drifts quite a bit between octaves, so it needs some tweaking in the DAW if I play larger ranges. This is a known issue, and there are guides on how to tune it, but I've never gotten around to acquiring the needed equipment and following the guide. Will have to do that at some point. Still sad that the tuning is that bad out of the box.

That said, I still use it all the time - it sounds great. I can't knock off too many stars, since I think it's incredible what you get for the price here, in spite of the above.

Må sige at uanset min egen lille undersøgelse forud for købet blev jeg overrasket over kvaliteten af produktet over hele linjen..

One big sweet spot!

This little beauty sounds amazing. Instant moog-style sound out of the box and you would be hard pressed to make non-pleasing sounds with this one. Behringer really nailed it.

A bit of warning: It is supposed to listen for midi input on channel 1. Mine didn’t. For some reason it was set to ch 3 and to ignored the dip-switch positions. I had to install the behringer tribal software thing to fix this. I have no idea how it could leave the factory with these settings. It took me hours of googling and troubleshooting to fix it. If yours doesn’t play out of the box download the software and check the settings.
