Good for comfort and endurance

I bought this because I had a metal allergy to my mouthpiece. This covers most but not all of the rim surface so helps, but didn't fully solve the problem. I still had to get a new mouthpiece. However, as a beginner, it helps with comfort and support when I get tired. And I think it does stop prevent some irritation from the metal. It doesn't alter the tone as far as I can tell and fits most of my mouthpieces. The better fit is on the standard wick shape, but I've also used it on a more rounded Yamaha cup and currently with an Alliance 3A. Overall, I'm happy it improves my playing sufficiently to keep using it.

An accessory I didn't know I needed

I played trumpet in high school and some throughout my adult life, but never with a full beard. Turns out bearded guys outdoor sweat from their lip so much the mouthpiece slides around. No friction equals poor buzzing. BuzzBuddy definitely helps.

Übungszeit ohne Lippenschäden erhöhen

Gerade als Anfänger habe ich mit der kurzen Zeit zu kämpfen, in der
ich es überhaupt schaffe auf meinem Instrument zu spielen, ohne dass
meine Lippen schlapp machen.

Mit dem BuzzBuddy hat sich die Zeit in der sich meine Lippen noch gut anfühlen beim Üben fast verdoppelt.

Reinigung ist problemlos und das Spielgefühl mit dem Mundstück ändert sich nicht wesentlich.

Da ich ihn nun täglich verwende bin ich gespannt auf die Haltbarkeit, aber bis jetzt konnte ich keine Abnutzung erkennen.

Auch wenn er mal kaputt gehen sollte werde ich ihn wieder kaufen, bis ich es vom Ansatz her nicht mehr benötige, um länger vernünftig üben zu können.
