Didn't like the sound

In theory this pedal is the evolution of DOD 250, it doesn't sound like it to me tho. I found it very difficult to get a decent sound out of it; blurry bass and weird treble, felt really inconsistent to me. Very well built, easy to use, all the things you love in EQD are here, but I found the sound really disappointing.
