Nothing special compared to original Gibson capacitors

Firebird V 19.08.2021

Changed these big boys to Les Paul standard 2005 and replaced Gibson original capacitors. No difference at all on sound or any tone settings. So if your looking for tonal update or change, there is none example comparing to Gibson original components. These require quite a lot space for neat installation.

There's caps, and there's CAPS.
This is most definitely a CAP.
It's a big tony boy that the moment you have it in your hand you know this is the real deal. It's well made, with long leads and just overall great quality.
Not for small guitars with small electronics cavity.
For real, the body is roughly a 25mm long by 10mm wide cylinder.

squier tele upgrade

upgraded my contemporary squier tele and besides the new pickups, the cap is one of the most noticeable changes. it's smooth, it's just amazing how much the tone changes and the versatility it adds to the guitar.

on the more technical side, it's really well made, easy to solder, on the big side but can be soldered nicely to fit in between two pots.

super happy with it, will add it to all of my guitars from now on.
