Electric upright bass stand - Great!!
I recently got a stagg upright electric bass for my birthday but was very wary of standing it up both at gigs and in the house. I saw this on Thomann and looking at the reviews decided to buy it.
It is very stable and holds my EUB solidly and allows easy access when swapping basses during gigs. The top of the stand is extendable and allows the bass to be held securely due to the swing arm that ensures the neck doesn't come out of the bracket. There is a smaller bracket at the bottom that holds the endpin in one position so ensuring it isn't accidentally kicked over when on stage.
The stand folds down into a reasonably small assembly and we put this in the bag with all the other stands (mics and speakers) so transport isn't an issue for us although some have commented on this as an issue for them, it isn't for me.
The construction is good and a well thought out design which gives reassurance that the EUB is safe and in good hands. Well worth the money and again a great product from Thomann.

My cello feels very cozy on this!
Not much to say, if this is what you need then it is what you will get! Steady and strong. Overall excellent!

If you have a Stagg or Aria electric upright bass, this is THE stand to use. It's not suitable for wider-bodied basses, as it has a narrow cushion mid-way down to hold the body of the bass. Well-made and stable on the floor. I recommend it.

Solid stand for upright electric bass
I was recently playing a musical and found myself needing both my electric bass and an upright bass for some of the songs. I decided on the stagg electric upright bass as it was cheap and easily carried but then I didn't know what to do with it when I wasn't playing it and a friend pointed me in the direction of this stand. It was a life saver. Not only did it hold the bass in a at the appropriate angle for playing but it also has a swivel latch that sits behind the fingerboard and stops the bass from falling should it be knocked against (and it was). Great job and folds away nicely for transportation. Excellent.

Stagg stick bass stand
The stand works well and is good quality
It does not fold away neatly though so not ideal for hand carriage
I would say a good value item though, well worth the money if you have a staff stick bass

Does the job...
I ordered this stand for my baby bass and even though it does the job, it is extremely heavy, quite unpractical to fold and store and it has loads of cheap parts. I would avoid his if you tour a lot.

Excellent stand
Good solid stand for the Stagg Bass. Saves me leaning bass against a wall or lying it flat on the stage which can lead to damage.

Stagg SV-EDG Upright Electric Bass Stand.
Made specifically for the Stagg upright, it works well and keeps the bass safe.
Stand is a little awkward to handle, but works well once errected.
