A minor disappointment
Perhaps this has more due to my lack of knowledge regarding guitar electronics or proficiency in soldering, but I have been disappointed on both occasions I've been using these caps on my guitars.
The last time I had one on my Ibanez S521 running two hot Dimarzio humbuckers and 500k pots and the tone was muddy and too dark to my tastes, so I substituted the cap for a spare Fender cap I had from a Fender pot I had bought for my strat and the Fender cap worked miracles on the tone, improving it significantly.
I'm not sure whether the TAD cap was right for the project (afaik it was well suited), nevertheless I ended up preferring the Fender cap.

It's different, but nothing drastic
I changed the cap that had been in my Jackson for 20 years. I've never really used tone control much, but I thought giving this a go for fun and to see if it would give me some reason to use the tone control more.
Tonally it doesn't change really, but the change is more in usability. It doesn't go as dark and muddy as the old cap, and the change is more even rather than brightbrightbrightishdarkishdarkmuddymuddymuddymuddy with the old.
It might give reason to play with tone more, but if you're type of player who blasts with full tone anyway, it doesn't necessarily offer anything new. Tho, it's cheap and modding is always fun.

Quality Capacitor. Different Quality have slightly different tonal characteritics. Try em out! This is my #1 for a Les Paul
