Nux Mighty 8BT MK2

Rather solid construction, minimum dimensions but packed with features, delivers much more than you would expect. Ritch sound despite 6,5 inch speaker that is totally adequate for home / practice use. Had to level down almost every patch I made, to have an even sound and a smooth volume adjustment for use in an apartment. Line out is a welcome addition but delivers a rather weak signal. USB port can turn it to into a small audio interface. Electric guitar modeling has enough realism to make you forget that at the end of your cable is only a small cost-friendly modeling amp. Acoustic amp models deliver a rather crisp bright sound. If I had to make it even better I would add a 4 band EQ to the mic channel that sounds rather dull. Some more memory slots to save patches (It has 7) , A footswitch to alter patches and for the looper that is short in duration and is only controled by hand in the app.

Ich muss gestehen, ich war vorbelastet beim Kauf dieses Amps.

Vor einiger Zeit habe ich mir den kleineren Vorgänger NUX Mighty Lite BT MK I gekauft.
In einem Produktvideo wurde dann der BT8 MK II vorgestellt und ich war vom Video begeistert. Die zusätzlichen Optionen des MKII sind schon nicht schlecht.
1. sieben programmierbare Presets mit Ampsimulation und Effektkette (Distorsion usw., separaten Delay und separaten Hall)
2. Drum Computer mit vorgegebenen Pattern (aber im Tempo anpassbar)
3. Looperfunktion
4. Playback über Bluetooth vom Handy (App Mighty) einspielbar. Als Playbacks können auch eigene Soundfiles abgespielt werden. ( In dem Fall auch Clicktracks ) Tempo kann von 1.0 auf 0,7 fache in 0,1 Schritten gesenkt werden
5. Im Playback kann mittels zeitlichen Markern der Sound (Presets) umgestellt werden. Z.B. Sound 1 für Verse und Sound 2 für Refrain usw.

Soundtechnisch klingt der Amp nicht schlecht. Ist halt eine digitale Simulationsmaschine und zum Üben oder mal auf der Straße spielen ein gutes Teil.

Was mir nicht so gefällt ist, dass es keine Option gibt den Drum Computer mit eigenen Pattern (MIDI) zu bespielen. Zudem wurde das Metronom im Drum Computer von meinem Vorgängeramp gestrichen.

Es gibt jedoch einen Line-IN Eingang an dem man ein separates Metronom anbinden könnte, oder als APP über Bluetooth vom Handy.

Für den Preis gibt es wirklich viel was der Amp kann.

Tengo el nux mighty air y como ya conocía la app y su sonido quería algo similar pero más grande para una zona fija donde no voy a necesitar moverlo.
Tiene todo lo quería, app, poder editar cada preset, drums y tamaño.
Además tiene un looper, que no lo había visto anunciado, lo cual es genial. Se usa desde la app y funciona muy bien, básico y suficiente para lo que lo uso.
Además sirve de interfaz audio para el pc lo cual es un plus, te evitas uno dedicado.
Mi única duda era que al tener un solo altavoz habría mucha diferencia respecto al Air, que es estéreo y suena de lujo. Para donde lo uso no es un problema, suena muy bien y es suficiente. Si fuera estéreo ya sería perfecto, pero para el precio es mucho pedir.
La única pega que le he encontrado es que a diferencia del air para cambiar el tipo de drum tienes que usar la app, con los botones físicos solo apagas/enciendes drums y puedes cambiar el tempo. No es una pega muy importante pero bueno, yo hubiera dejado el mismo funcionamiento del air en este, para poder cambiarlo sin la app.
