IK Multimedia Modo Bass 2

I've tried other electric bass plugins, and they don't compare. Modo Bass actually sounds like a bass and comes with many different features that allow you to adjust the tone and the number of strings. Without any other plugins, the sounds coming from this plugin are pleasant. I love how easy it is to use, and yet it is very versatile. While it won't replace a good bassist with an actual bass, it comes pretty close and often gives me the sounds I want without reaching for a physical bass.

The plugin is easy to use and to understand with clear and nice graphics. There’s like 20, 25 different bass guitar models with different sounds and tones. Such as 70s basses, metal basses, punk basses, violin basses and much more.
After you’ve chosen your guitar model you can choose how many strings you want (4-6), how you want to play the strings (finger, pick & slap) and the age of the strings and much much more configurations.
There’s even more settings in the electronics, studio and control slides to get the exact sound, tone and balance you want.
The plugin is as well really good optimized for DAWs so it’s not heavy for your computers CPU to handle compared to other plugins out there.

In conclusion, the modo bass 2 is perfect for music producers who want to get a real sounding bass guitar without having a real one. It’s well designed for you as a user and for your computer.
