downtune well, stay in tune, a bit dull maybe?

They are more expensive than other brands, sound a tad duller but still defined, if you are not using these for downtuning i'm not sure it's worth the extra cash, they deliver on their promise tho, stay in tune and sound convincing when downtunig, i would pick another gauge for downtuning, tempted to try 56 gauge

DR Strings DDT-10/52 very good quality, I adore I have a good elasticity( firmness)of string even lowering a tone, and with the string of 6E fatter than normal, for a harder pick !!! nice set !!! 5 *****

Top Saiten für Drop C

Ich spiele jetzt seit vielen Jahren Saiten von DR. Alle paar Jahre teste ich andere Saiten und kehre dann doch wieder zu DR zurück. Dieser Satz ist mein bevorzugter Satz für Drop C Tuning auf 25,5" Mensuren.
Ich mag die hohen Saiten lieber etwas dünner, damit sie sich gut ziehen lassen, aber gerne mehr Spannung auf den Bassaiten für schnelle und präzise Rythmen.
Die Saiten klingen hervorragend, sind langlebig und sind sehr stimmstabil. Bei diesem Satz reicht die .052er Saite aus um genügend Spannung zu erzeugen damit die Saite nicht schlabbert, wenn sie auf C gestimmt ist.
Der Preis mag zunächst etwas abschreckend wirken, aber er ist gerechtfertigt. Ich empfinde des Preis/leistungsverhältnis als gut und kann diese Saiten ohne vorbehalt empfehlen.

Fidèle et fervent utilisateur des cordes D'addario EXL en 6, 7 et 8 cordes, je voulais essayer une marque et un tirant différent sur l'une de mes guitares 6 cordes.
J'ai donc monté ce jeu DR STRINGS DDT-10/52 pour essai.
J'avoue ne pas avoir été déçu dès les premières notes!
Principalement utilisées pour un style Heavy et Death Metal, accordé en Drop C avec Floyd Rose, l'accordage tient bon, ça sonne bien, aussi bien en son clair qu'en son saturé.
Les notes son claires et cristallines. En arpèges en powerchord en pull-muted c'est impéccable, les notes sont bien dissociées et les accord puissants avec un bon spectre de féquences faisant bien resortir chacune des notes jouées.
Dans le temps, l'accordage tient bien, les cordes ne s'oxydent pas trop vite.
Un bon jeu de corde, pas déçu.
