Good quality and necessary when encountering the less common 1/2" thread size

This was purchased to be able to attach a K&M 23560 85cm stereo bar (3/8" hole thread) to a K&M 20811 extra high microphone stand (1/2" bar thread).
I hadn't come across the 1/2" thread before so was glad that a simple adapter exists. It might also be encountered on some older mic clips but then a reversed adapter would be needed.
All works as it should and the item seems solid and well manufactured.

K&M halt - klare Kaufempfehlung...

Es gibt im Musikbereich bei "Kleinteilen" die 2 bis 2 Firmen aus dem Mitteleuropäischen Raum, die quasi alternativlos sind, wenn man einen gewissen Qualitätsanspruch hat - K&M gehört dazu. Man kauft und weiß, das wird passen. Zu dem Adapter ist eigentlich nicht viel zu sagen, außer das er auf das 1/2-Zoll-Gewinde eines sehr alten Mikro-Ständer sehr sauber passt und einen hochwertigen Eindruck macht. Da wackelt nichts, es gibt keine scharfen Kanten, die Rendelung ist schön griffig. Wenn man den Adaptertyp für seinen alten Exoten-Ständer benötigt, gibt's wohl keine brauchbare und sinnvolle Alternative.
