RUBBISH- came apart after 2 uses

Ripped off and reedless 09.02.2023

Bought this on recommendation and was misled by web site into thinking there was a warranty. Treated it gently and sounded quite promising. However after literally two sessions with it the staple separated from the cork. Clearly the product was flimsy and not fit for purpose. Thomann refused to replace the reed or my money, claiming that it was in a special category not covered by warranty. They did not inform me of that at purchase. Don’t buy one of these reeds- if it’s substandard this outfit will not replace it . They offered me 10 GBP as a sign of ‘goodwill.’ Ridiculous!
