Generally a great product...

Micro Tech Theatre Services is a production company based just outside Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, UK. Our busy hire and production department is constantly in the look out for high quality products to add to our stock from reliable suppliers and this is certainly one of them!

These were bought for a specific production to be used in a theatrical environment and at there low price basically considered a consumable to meet the clients requirements. However, they are of such high quality that they are still in our hire stock and we are looking to buy more as our previous stock of far more expensive units need replacing.

Only downside might be the inlet cable is not hugely heavy duty but this could potentially be replaced and doesn't affect the use of the unit or quality overall.

These Par 16's are the most affordable I have come across so far and thankfully that does not reflect on the quality. They are fantastic well made units with solid yokes that all have washers and nuts and grilled gel frames for colouring them. Obviously they are only as bright and as wide as the lamps that go in them, but otherwise a very affordable 230V Par 16. Certainly did the job for me!

We bought a trial pack of these Par 16 units and have been very pleased with the build quality, output and speed of delivery from Thomann. We are please to say that we will be ordering more of these units very soon. This are just as good as those made by other manufacturers (Pulse, JTE, etc)

Très satisfait pour ce prix!

J'ai récemment acheté ce lot de 4 PAR 16 STARVILLE. Ce produit est de très bonne manufacture par rapport à son prix !

Les bons points que je noterai:

- Produit solide en général
- Différentes parties facilement démontables et même rattachées entre elles par des élingues.
- Porte filtre avec grille, évite les gondolations et de faire une bêtise en y mettant son doigt...
- Esthétique: Si l’on aime cette ambiance, on trouvera ce produit design.
- Trous pour accrochage: Sur lyre d'accroche: 3 trous en bas pour soit pouvoir ajuster la direction une fois visé ou pour choisir de fixer fermement le projecteur.
Et un trous à la verticale.

- PRIX!! Je ne m'attendais pas à avoir un gout des détails prononcé sur un produit à ce prix.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré:

- Pouvoir enlever complètement les 2 élingues sans avoir à les couper car un côté est vissé et l'autre est riveté. mais au pire on peut les dé-riveter ou les couper.

Enfin c'est un tout petit projecteur mais c'est normal c'est un PAR 16...
