Good, does the job

I don't use this extensively but I've used it enough and I can say it has allowed me to produce almost exactly what I wanted.

I recommend this plugin but personally I didn't like the registration process, too Orwellian and unnecessary. I persevered because I was sure it was what I needed.

Un merveilleux plugin !

Professionnel et versatile, la prise en main demande un peu de patience, quelques jours de pratique, cependant on peut s'amuser dès les premières secondes... Prenez tout de même le temps de lire le PDF d'utilisation, un must dans les plugins de chez Waves.
C'est à mon avis, la meilleur synthèse vocal (et instruments) du moment, Ovox consomme peu de CPU contrairement à Izotope Vocal Synth 2... C'est un véritable problème du Vocal Synth 2 ! Ovox est de loin plus pratique, moins onéreux, d'avantage dans l'air du temps, il peut même être utilisé comme une application c.a.d sans DAW !!! n'est-ce pas fantastique?
Ovox Vocal Resynthesis est vraiment le plugin à ne pas manquer cette année 2020.
Le rapport qualité/prix est juste époustouflant!

Installation ein Graus

Leider setzt Waves auf eine ganz eigene Art Plugins im System zu installieren. Das kann dann schon mal schiefgehen.

Bei mir war das so (ich setze deshalb nur 1 Stern auf Bedienung). Support bei Waves ist allerdings vorhanden und gut. Ich hatte allerdings 1 ganze Woche damit zu tun, musste meine Gesamtkonfiguration mehrmals per E-Mail schicken, bin sprichwörtlich "am Ende" dann auch noch selbst auf das Problem gestoßen und hab den Waves-Leuten damit helfen können (ein Dankeschön blieb aus, aber damit kann ich leben). Ich sehe in den einschlägigen Foren, in denen ich keine Lösung finden konnte, dass es relativ vielen Leuten mit Waves-Produkten so geht.

Also, ich hatte einen virtuellen Server auf Windows 10 installiert (bin auch SW-Entwickler) und das hinderte letztlich das Waves-Installationsprogramm seine Arbeit zu tun. Wahrscheinlich wieder eine überschießende Kopierschutzfunktion.

Zum Produkt selber will ich gar nicht so viel schreiben, es klingt gut und ist naturgemäß sehr flexibel. Allerdings muss ich ehrlich sagen, mir graut schon vor dem nächsten Update und das verleidet mir die Sache ziemlich.
