Top quality guitar - poor customer service from Thomann

Your dissatisfied customer 18.01.2024

Upon arrival, the guitar needed a setup which was expected.

Unfortunately, it arrived with a broken toggle switch.

The CS solution to that was to send the guitar back and wait for a new one to be sent to me again, AFTER inspection from UPS (lol).

I had provided them with an unboxing video as well as multiple pictures, but apparently, they did not want to provide a 20 EUR claim to replace the switch. So I went ahead and replaced the switch myself, as I did not want to deal with UPS and deliveries again.

It would be unfair on my part to not give the appropriate rating for such a stellar guitar.

Very responsive in every aspect, comfortable, great looking. and with an amazing sound.

The only problem would be... Your customer service.

Due to that, I do not think I will be ordering a guitar from Thomann again.
