Great Conga set at a great price!

I have had this congas now for a few years and they continue to play with the same quality sound as when I first got them as I am careful to de-tune them when not in use.

The supplied stands are of a good quality and were easy to put together.

The packaging they came in was very good, and made sure they arrived in pristine condition.

These congas have been taken around the UK on numerous latin dance weekends, and they compare favourably against other more expensive congas for sound quality, and have traveled well without incurring damage.

As you would expect they are bulky so I would suggest you by them with cases.

For the price I payed I am very happy with the Millennium congas and went on to get Millennium bongos to match.

Die Congas sind sehr solide Verarbeitet. Die oberflächen sind tadellos lackiert und bieten einen schönenanblick. das mitgelieferte Zubehör, wie Standfüße, Stimmschlüssel und die Transporttaschen verstärken den positiven Eindruck.
Die gummikanten an der Unterseite bieten einen rutschfesten Stand.
Für Anfänger sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Congas zu einem unschlagbaren Preis

Ich hatte vor 6 Monaten die Gelegenheit mal wieder etwas Percussion in einer Big Band zu machen. Dies hatte ich schon ein paar Jahre zuvor getan, aber wegen Studium und Umzug aufgegeben. Allerdings musste jetzt auch das nötige Equipment her.

Da man als Student ja nicht so ein Budget hat, machte ich mich auf die Suche nach Congas und Bongos, im festen Glauben nichts zu finden. Da stolperte ich über Millenium und dachte naja die taugen bestimmt nichts, haben aber gute Bewertungen und zur Not gibst Du sie halt zurück.

Aber ich bin begeistert. Hätte nie gedacht, dass man für so wenig Geld so ein tolles Instrument bekommt. Der Sound begeistert nicht nur mich, sondern auch die anderen 23 Musiker in der Big Band.

Habe sie jetzt 6 Monate im Einsatz und bis jetzt sind mir keine Mängel aufgefallen. Die Verarbeitung ist Top, die Ständer stabil und flexibel einstellbar. Das stimmen geht einfach von der Hand und läßt einige Variationen zu. Ich nutze sie ständig und spiele damit auch bei Auftritten ohne ein schlechtes Gewissen zu haben.

Einen Tip hab ich mir hier aus den Bewertungen geholt, nämlich die robusten Thomann Kartons in denen die Congas geliefert wurden als "Taschen" zum Transpotieren zu nutzen. Klappt wunderbar und sonst stehen die Kartons im Proberaum mit ner Decke drüber als Tisch für weitere Handpercussion.

Alles in allem klare Kaufempfehlung man kriegt richtig was für sein Geld, mehr als man erwarten mag.
