Not that great...

Even though the materials used are very good. There are issues with that bag and a mixpre-3 (mixpre-6 would be the same I guess).
First the bag is really too deep for the MixPre. It's simply not the right size. The mixer slips down too far. The side flaps, when opened, cannot be fixed to anything, and just "float around" like big dog ears.
But the worst is the metallic zippers. When walking around they make a constant "cling-cling" sound that can ruin takes. Seeing the reputation of Orca Bags this was a real shocker. But this is a honest review.

The only thing to point out is the noisy zipper pull used, but after replacing them, it does its job pretty well. I use it with my Sound Devices MixPre 6 II.

Etwas unpassend dimensioniert

Zunächst vorweg: Die Tasche an sich ist gut verarbeitet und das MixPre 3-ii, welches ich in der Tasche betreibe, passt super dort hinein.

Was mich allerdings etwas stört ist der verhältnismäßig große Platz unterhalb des MixPres im Vergleich zum Platz an den beiden Seiten. Ich nutze die beiliegende AA-Batterielade des MixPres (+ Powerbank) und ich habe zum Boden noch rund 6 Zentimeter. Ist etwas viel, aber das schadet ja nicht.

Was mich eher stört ist, dass ich an beiden Seiten des MixPres nur ca. 4,5 Zentimeter Platz habe um meine Kabel einzustecken. Bei normalen XLR-Steckern, bspw. die ProSnake-Serie mit einer Steckerlänge von ca. 6 cm, knicken die Kabel leicht ab, wenn ich diese mit geschlossenen Seitenklappen betreiben möchte.
Da ich das MixPre mit Patchkabeln immer in einer geschlossenen Tasche betreibe, befürchte ich auf lange Sicht Kabelbrüche.
Daher steige ich auf Low-Profile XLR-Stecker um.

Wie man in diese Tasche ein MixPre 6-ii bekommen soll (vorausgesetzt man will es so wie ich in einer geschlossenen Tasche benutzen), ist mir fraglich.
Das mag ein spezifisches Problem sein, aber vielleicht hilft einer/m meine Rezension, wenn er/sie über das gleiche Vorgehen nachdenkt.

Der Tragekomfort ist mit dem beigelegtem Gurt natürlich ein Witz. Lange hält man das nicht durch.

Zusammengefasst bleibt es trotzdem ein schöner Sound Bag.

J'aime beaucoup ce sac que j'utilise avec une Mixpre-6 II, il est léger, peu encombrant et relativement discret, il y a deux poches avec des élastiques pour y mettre des batteries, des petits câbles... On peut fixer l'enregistreur avec 4 scratchs c'est très bien, et il y a des ouvertures sur le côté pour brancher les connectiques, ainsi qu'une couverture en plastique pour la pluie et pour voir les réglages...

Le seul bémol est selon moi le prix, c'est vraiment cher pour un sac, ça fait un peu mal au porte feuille, mais bon c'est quand même bien pratique, adapté et robuste.
