Bought this alond with the CB045 and CB105 sting, and now, the tension is quite even. It's not cheap, but I'll only change the set, when one of the 4 string breaks. I have 4 precision basses, my hands are extreme sweaty, so I only using flatwounds - rounds are dead less than a month. 2 strung with d'addario, 1 is strung with labella, and the 4th is strung with tomasik infelds. however, the tension is on the daddario is more preferable, but replacing my 2 remaining basses with chromes will be quite expensive. La bella is stiffer for my feeling, thomasik is like spaghetti. DA's are in between..
