G string

Because there is no metal plate to keep the G string more closely to the guitar neck (like in the case of B and e), the G keeps falling out of tune.
Fortunately it’s an easy and cheap fix to this problem. So I can say the guitar totally worth it’s money.

Un rapport qualité prix incroyable

Utilisée avec un ampli GTX50, on dirait qu'aucun son n'est impossible à produire avec cette guitare. Elle est belle, la touche est agréable et les micros sont bons.

Bien sûr ce n'est pas une ultra ou une custom shop, mais il faut déjà avoir une belle oreille pour s'en rendre compte.

Inconvénients : pas évident de retirer les protections en plastique quand la guitare arrive et quelques résidus métalliques aimantés sur les micros. Sinon, je ne vois rien pour l'instant à part dire que j'en suis très heureux !

Mexican Strat

G-Saite verursachte hohen störenden Ton, da diese zwischen den Stimm-Mechaniken und dem Sattel mitschwingte. Ging daher leider zurück.
Update:
Fender Kundendienst hat Satte nachgekerbt. Problem wurde dadurch weitgehend behoben.
Pro: Tolle Optik. Die matte Halsrückseite liegt mir, die lackierte Halsoberseite ist leicht zu reinigen und muss nicht geölt werden. Die Pickups sind recht gut. Wem sie zuviel Output haben, einfach auf Lautstärke 9 runterdrehen, dann klingts klassischer.
Contra: Die Stimmstabilität könnte besser sein, die Saitenlage muss ich noch deutlich korrigieren.

Fender Strato Player Series (nuova serie 2018) HSS MN 3 Tone Sunburst

Dopo molti mesi di ricerca per acquistare una nuova chitarra elettrica "di marca" sotto i 600 euro, mi sono deciso ad approfittare dell'offerta bundle di Thomann per questa Strato messicana.

Si tratta del nuovo modello di Strato con ponte tremolo a 2 ponti e che finalmente ha 22 tasti, un manico moderno a C e tastiera con tasti comodi medium jumbo; io adoro le stato messicane per il suono più caldo di molte Squier o American e il modello che ho ricevuto a casa è davvero ottimo: timbri caldi, nessuno graffio, nessun tasto graffiato (bending regolari e no si bloccano), buon set-up di base, anche se un giretto dal liutaio di fiducia l'ho fatto per regolare l'intonazione.

La vera chicca di questa chitarra l'ho scoperta quando mi è arrivata: l'humbucker al ponte ha veramente un bel suono e rende la chitarra davvero versatile, anche grazie al doppio controllo dei toni. Il tastiera in acero, seppur laccata, è bellissima e comoda e il retro del manico è satinato come si deve. Per essere una messicana, ha poco da invidiare a certe American. Se cercate una LesPaul andate altrove, ma se volete avere un suono anche più potente al ponte rispetto alla classica Strato, questa farà al caso vostro.

Unico difetto: nella confezione non ho trovato la molla per bloccare la leva del tremolo che solitamente è inclusa ... nulla di che, alla fine costa meno di 1 euro in un negozio onesto di musica, ma comunque Thomann avrebbe dovuto fare più attenzione a questo dettaglio (un po' di scotch?).
Per il resto, Thomann resta il top!!!
