This is a very good rack for rackmount material that may suffer impacts while transporting. The shockmount system is very stable and adds important extra protection, by absorbing the impacts. It is very well built, with no flaws. Thumbs up!

Very impressed with this shouckmount case.!! Rack rails on the front and back which is always a plus. Nice rail at the bottom so your items are secured safely and not putting stain on the front panel where it gets bolted on by the screws. Will be buying more of these cases in the future

Nunja - ich brauchte ein Rack für meinen Gitarrenverstärker. Für Röhrengeräte kam für mich nur ein Shockmount Rack in Frage und ...siehe da mit 4HE haben Thomann genau ein Modell im Sortiment :-D

Verarbeitet ist das Rack Thontypisch sehr gut... ich verstehe nicht, wieso man die Gummifüße annieten muss anstatt sie anzuschrauben und dem Käufer die Möglichkeit zu geben unten Bluewheels zu montieren... aber gut. Außerdem haben die Rackschienen an den frei liegenden Schnittkanten ziemlich scharfe Kanten. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten, aber ich habe mich noch nicht verletzt.
Es wurde schon öfter bemängelt, dass das Rack nicht sehr stabil gebaut sei. Jein ...es ist genau so stabil wie jedes andere Multiplex Rack ...aber es wird eben nicht stabiler, wenn man Zeug rein baut, weil die Rackgeräte eben vom "Außenrack" entkoppelt sind ...darum geht es ja bei dem Teil :-P

Zuerst war ich von der Möglichkeit Kontermuttern in den Rackschienen zu ergänze, oder zu entfernen ziemlich angetan. Als mir die Muttern allerdings beim Einbau der Rackgeräte ständig entgegen gefallen sind verflog das recht zügig.
Am meisten hat es mcih aber irritert, dass meine Racksteckdose nur SEHR schwer und für mich auch etwas zu knapp (ich habe mir jetzt einen Power Conditioner bestellt ...so kann man Upgrades auch rechtfertigen) in das Rack passte. Durch das seitlich liegende Stromkabel blieb die Steckerleiste beim Einbau an den extra tiefen Rackschienen hängen und wurde unschön abgeknickt.

Nun sind das alles sehr spezielle Probleme und es gibt ohnehin kein sinnvolles Alternativprodukt - besonders das Shockmount System, was ja ausschlaggebend für den Kauf war ist das bisher beste, das ich kenne - also werde ich das Rack behalten.
Immerhin bekomme ich darin einen Engl Stereo Amp + Rackeffekte + richtige Gitarreneffekte (Stomp Boxes) und die Stromversorgung für all das unter.

Très pratique pour faire de la scène, je suis maintenant plus serein de balader mes convertisseurs/préamps dans ce nouveau fly. Avec les amortisseurs, la protection contre les éventuels chocs/vibrations du transport est maximal. C'est un investissement qui a le mérite d'être fait lorsqu’on tourne avec du matériel précieux. Bonne construction, produit de qualité, c'est du solide.
